Prestwich Clough Benches
3 x metal benches, were installed on 24/05/22 in Prestwich Clough on Bury Council owned land. Each bench is painted black, with tubular slats and should be vandal proof and will hopefully last for many years. They are 'Balmoral bench seats', straight, 2000mm, c/w armrest from supplier David Ogilvie.
The benches were funded out of the Prestwich Pitch Grant 2021. We invited members of the public to enter a draw to submit memorial wording for the plaques on each of the benches. The draw was carried out on 12/03/22 and the selected entrants provide the costs for the memorial plaque and the wording that they reviewed prior to manufacture.

St Mary's Churchyard Benches
We helped order 3 x wooden benches Churchyard Association Group (CAG) that are to be sited around St Mary's Churchyard (C of E) land. They have been funded out of Prestwich Parklife Grant 2022. These bench are 'Armley Rustic 2 Slat Bench' from Broxap supplier
These benches are in keeping with the existing 6 x benches in the churchyard and a backless bench allows the sitter to choose their view.
